How to take screenshots on Windows 10

There are many tools for screenshots in Windows. You don't need to install another application if you just want basic screenshots. Here's how to take a screenshot on windows 10:

Print Screen (PrtSc)

You can use print screen to take a screenshot and it will be automatically saved as a file, or without being saved, or take a screenshot of only one window (not the entire screen). The print screen button is usually named "PrtScn," "PrntScrn," "Print Scr," or something similar.

Press “Windows + PrtScn.” If you are using a tablet, press “Windows + volume down key.” The screen dims momentarily and the screenshot image is saved as a file in the Screenshots folder (at /Users/Username/Pictures/Screenshots). If the Screenshots folder does not exist, Windows will create it automatically. The screenshots are automatically named as “Screenshot (Amount) .png” with a number indicating the screenshot counter index.
