How to Customized Quick Action panel buttons in Windows 10

Using the Quick action button at the bottom of the notification is the fastest way to connect to a VPN, take notes, or open Settings with just one click. But did you know that you can change this button however you want?

Here's how to configure it to suit your needs:

1. Open “Settings” (You can select “settings” from the Start Menu, or you can also select “all settings” from the default quick action button from the bottom of the notification).

4. By default, each button in the settings will correspond to its final position in the Action bar. So for example, which option you choose in the settings for this four-line icon, then that too will appear when you open the Quick action panel.

5. When you click an icon, you can choose from a drop-down menu, including settings such as Location, the option to activate Tablet Mode, or connect to a Bluetooth device.

Other quick actions like quiet mode, brightness, airplane mode etc can be removed from the options list, and then swapped into bars for easy access.

Clicking on “Expand” will bring up the remaining unselected options to the first bar.
