How to Change Windows Cursor Image

By default, the default windows cursor is always in the form of an arrow that is tilted 45 degrees to the left. But actually, you can replace your cursor with unique pictures. Windows itself provides several cursor options that you can choose from. You can also download your own unique cursor that you want such as cartoons etc from the internet, then just follow this method to change your cursor:


1. Press and hold the “windows key” on the keyboard, then press “R” to open Command Run.

2. Type “main.cpl” in the box then press OK.

3. Then the "mouse properties" window will appear. Click "Pointer".

4. Click “Normal Select”, then click “Browse”.

5. Choose the cursor shape you like then click “open”.

6. You can also change the cursor for 15 other items. Do as above.

When finished, Click "ok" and your cursor will change as you want.
